Drive SourceHUB's growth as an SDR

SourceHUB is attacking a largely untapped market, and this role is primarily responsible for moving customers from cold leads to sales qualified prospects. As an SDR, you must thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment while quickly identifying prospects that fit SourceHUB’s Ideal Customer Profile.

Key responsibilities:

  • Use lead generation tools to build targeted lists based on SourceHUB’s ideal customer profile
  • Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and our structured sales process
  • Schedule discovery calls with our Account Executives, and follow-up to ensure meeting takes place
  • Be proficient at using sales development platform to execute the outreach process consisting of calls, email and social touchpoints
  • Own, drive and accurately forecast activity and pipeline
  • Identify objections and creative ways to overcome objections in order to set sales discovery call

Related experience and qualifications:

  • Experience in procurement industry or successful track record in sales at early-stage SaaS startup - a plus
  • Experience across both inbound and outbound channels, with a preference towards outbound selling
  • Experience with CRMs, CRM reporting, and sales automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoominfo) - a plus
  • Self-starter with ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions
